Cradle to Career Model

Teacher’s First subscribes to the flexible School Partnership Framework that drives a Cradle to Career Model. The School Partnership Framework includes four core values (Discovery, Leadership, Quality of Life, and Nurturing Environment) that allows each partnership school to maintain its identity while receiving the appropriate level of support that is based on the needs of each school.

The School Partnership Framework is an outcomes-based plan of action that is an adaptable and planned approach to meet the needs of each partner school through a hybrid agreement. The Partnership Framework is the mechanism that drives the Cradle to Career (C2C) Model at schools that partner with Teacher’s First. In collaboration with their partners Teacher’s First is proud the flagship school and C2C start up at Charlton Heston Academy in St. Helen, MI. While C2C is scalable and adaptable, Teacher’s First has fully implemented a birth through college public school academy at Charlton Heston Academy, which has realized growth and success year after year since 2012.

Teacher’s First-The Benefits

  1. While providing a spectrum of services to school leadership and management; TF has a focus of recruiting, retaining, supporting, developing and appreciating teachers and educational staff members all in the spirit of school success. TF will seek and oversee local, state, and federal grant opportunities/programs to support these objectives.
  2. Teachers and educational leaders will be exposed to opportunities for even greater benefits including loan forgiveness, loan repayment grants, educator incentive programs, and educator preparedness opportunities.
